Looking for a new challenge in the arts and cultural sector? Are you experienced in project management and operations? Would you like to play a key role in shaping the future of queer culture across the UK and beyond? We’ve an exciting opportunity to join the team at Marlborough Productions as one of our Programme Producers.

Working closely with the Senior Producer and others in the team, you will lead on producing projects, touring productions and maintaining relationships with artists and oversee the running of projects.

This opportunity is a PAYE, fixed-term (for 12 months), working 24 hours a week across 3 days a week. The role is a hybrid position, with a requirement to work from our Brighton-based office on Tuesdays. The salary for this role is £30k per annum pro rata.
