Radical Rhizomes receives funding from the Baring Foundation

I’m delighted to announce that Radical Rhizomes, our creative social hang out space for QTIPoC (Queer, Trans, and Intersex People of Colour) has been awarded funding support from The Baring Foundation, allowing us to super-charge our development programmes. Starting in 2022, we will be running a Mentoring Scheme, supporting the creative development of two local QTIPoC artists and delivering a programme of creative workshops by and for the QTIPoC community.

Radical Rhizomes is a year round project managed by Marlborough Productions and lead by Tarik Elmoutawakil, and is a QTIPoC-led programme of creative activities, engagements and workshops that support the development and strengthening of the QTIPoC community in Brighton and Hove.
