New Queers on the Block film series – Rowdy SS

In celebration of extending our New Queers on the Block project into 2024, we have been releasing a film series showcasing the exceptional works of four talented artists we had the privilege of collaborating with in 2022. Our fourth and final film in the series centres on London-based artist Rowdy SS, who works with sound and movement in live performance. Rowdy speaks on how ideas of past, present and future anchor their work, what it’s like to perform regionally, and the pressures and freedoms of instigating change as an artist.
