Mykki Blanco returns to Brighton in partnership with Marlborough Productions

We’re thrilled to be partnering with One Inch Badge to present trailblazing US rapper Mykki Blanco at Patterns in Brighton on Monday 1 November 2021 as part of their 12-date European tour.
Mykki will be performing material from their “bold and brilliant” (NME) mini-album Broken Hearts and Beauty Sleep, which features collaborations with Blood Orange, Big Freedia and Kari Faux amongst others.
As part of this special Brighton show, Mykki will be supported by opening performances from multi-disciplinary artist I Am Fya and ‘draglesque’ performer Vlad Von Kitsch.
Artistic Director Tarik Elmoutawakil: “Marlborough Productions is so excited to be working with Mykki Blanco again. We brought Mykki to Brighton Festival in 2017, alongside performances by QTIPOC artists Lasana Shabazz and Travis Alabanza – it was an incredible night and one of the inspirations for the Brownton Abbey project. This time we are delighted to programme two opening acts, local QTIPoC treasures I Am Fya and Vlad Von Kitsch.”
