Esmée Fairbairn Foundation supports Marlborough Productions with two year grant funding

We’re really happy to announce that Marlborough Productions has been awarded funding, totalling £120,000, across two years from the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation. 

Esmée Fairbairn Foundation’s support of our work will enable us to support more artists through our unique care and access centred commissioning model, and allow us to grow our national network for New Queers on the Block. Crucially, it will also support some of our core costs as we continue our mission to be a catalyst for queer culture and community at a local, national and international level. 

Marlborough Productions’ Executive Director David Sheppeard and Creative Director Tarik Elmoutawakil said: 

“It feels increasingly important to find solidarity and coalition within and across LGBTQIA+ communities nationally. We think that celebrating and exchanging the diversity of our regional cultures is a really vibrant way to do this. We’re so grateful for support from Esmée Fairbairn Foundation as it’s vital in helping us supporting artists and producers across the UK to realise their creative ambitions and make sustainable careers in the arts.”
