INTRODUCTION:
We are looking for a new Bar Manager to lead the team managing our radical and vibrant community pub. The Marlborough Pub is an internationally recognised LGBTQ+ and artistic hub, welcoming a diverse range of customers. We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Bar Manager with a background in events, a strong sales focus and the ability to build and develop our team, taking The Marlborough Pub to the next level. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a permanent full-time role, subject to a 6-month probationary period. After the probationary period, the notice period is one month.
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Holiday entitlement: 28 days per annum, including public holidays.
Hours: 37.5 hours over 5 days of 6/7 possible operational days.
